Medicare Advantage (Part C)

A Medicare-approved plan from a private company that offers an alternative to Original Medicare for your health and drug coverage. These “bundled” plans include Part A, Part B, and usually Part D. Plans may have lower out-of-pocket costs than Original Medicare, and may offer some extra benefits that Original Medicare doesn’t cover, like vision, hearing, and dental services.

Orthodontic Scholarship - Smile for a Lifetime

A nationwide program that aims to provide orthodontic treatment to children between the ages of 8 and 18 who may not have the means to afford care. To qualify, families must meet financial guidelines. Children must not currently wear braces or a retainer, be ages 8 to 18 years old, have “good” dental hygiene practices, be enrolled in school with a C average or above GPA, and must have a social impediment or moderate/severe need for braces.

ArrayRx Card

Washington residents who do not have prescription drug insurance coverage, or have limited coverage, can enroll in the ArrayRx Discount Card program to purchase their medications at a discounted price. The card will give you discounts on prescription drugs not covered by your insurance plan, can be used by Medicare beneficiaries who do not have Part D coverage, or provide prescription discounts for those on high deductible plans.

Orthodontic Program - Smiles Change Lives

Provides access to life-changing orthodontic treatment for children from families that cannot afford the full cost of braces and children in foster care. To qualify, families must meet regional income eligibility requirements. Children must be 7-18 years of age, have “good” oral hygiene and no unfilled cavities, have a moderate to severe need for braces, and not be wearing braces currently. \nFoster parents or agencies that are applying for a foster child do not need to submit proof of income to qualify.
